An awning wrap is a 1”-projecting awning. Construction methods are basically the same as a regular awning except that the profile of an awning wrap is normally about 1” thick.

CONSTRUCTION
Fabric (13 oz. reinforced vinyl) is stretched over the frame and
stapled into an extruded aluminum channel.
- Perimeter of the frame is 1” Staple Stitch aluminum awning extrusion.
- Sub frames stiffeners are 1" aluminum extrusion
- Fabric (13oz. reinforced vinyl) stretched over the frame and stapled into an extruded aluminum channel.
- PVC bead is applied into the channel to cover the staples.
INSTALLATION OPTIONS
- Lag bolt directly through the face and extrusion into wall.
- Use a Z bracket on the outside of the frame.
- Use a Z bracket on the inside of the frame.
- Simple L brackets into the wall and frame.
