    United Signs has impeccable service. Never had any problems ordering or receiving products. Very prompt, and in the business world I truly appreciate that.

    Overpriced Shipping

    The overall experience was nice; however, paying over $20 for shipping 12 stickers is not right. Especially since I have yet to receive it and its been past 5 business days. I understand the stickers were priced within reason but you dont have to make a ton of extra profit on the shipping. Fedex ground to ship a package like this should be no more than $12. Its just bad business and leaves a bad taste to a customer.

    Hi Amrish, We completely understand, but UnitedSign.com doesn't set the prices we charge for shipping. We send the dimensions and weight of our products to FedEx, and they dictate the shipping prices to us. We re-negotiate FedEx rates every year to get the best prices we can, but in the end we still have to pay what they tell us to. We don't jack up our rates for money- we pay what you pay for shipping. And we aren't making ANY profit on shipping charges.

    Shipping was outrageous

    Item was as expected. I felt like you gouged me on the freight. Took the gouging because I had to have the product.

    Unfortunately we don't set our own prices on shipping. The shipping companies tell us what the price is going to be, and we don't have a say in the matter. We've lost a good many sales because of this, and we're as peeved as you are.
