State-of-the-art mounting hardware systems designed to withstand all the elements. The bases are made of rust-proof cast aluminum accompanied with fiberglass arms. These pole mount assemblies respond to winds quickly, flexing with the wind vertically and horizontally to dramatically reduce the wind load on banners by spilling some of the wind load off of them as the fiberglass arms flex.
